Refund Policy and Right of Withdrawal

1. Legal Right of Withdrawal (14 days)

In accordance with articles L. 221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide any reason or pay any penalties.

To exercise this right, notify us by e-mail at: maperleazur@gmail.com before the expiration of the 14-day period.

2. Return Conditions

To be accepted, any returned item must comply with the following conditions:

  • Returned in its original packaging, unopened or carefully reconditioned;
  • In perfect condition: unworn, undamaged, with all possible accessories;
  • Accompanied by the purchase order or order reference.

Exclusions: In accordance with Article L. 221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for:

  • Customized products;
  • Certain earrings that have been unsealed or worn, for obvious hygiene reasons.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of our error or a defective product upon receipt.

3. Return Procedure

To make a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us before any shipment by e-mail at maperleazur@gmail.com indicating your order number and the items concerned;
  2. We will provide you with the exact return address as well as packaging instructions;
  3. Ship the package with a tracking service — we disclaim all responsibility in case of loss or damaged package during the return.

4. Refund

Upon receipt and verification of the returned package, we will proceed with the refund according to the following conditions:

  • Return of the entire order: full refund of the amounts paid, including initial delivery costs;
  • Partial return (one or more items only): refund of the returned item(s) only — initial delivery costs are not refunded.

The refund will be made using the same payment method as that used when placing the order, within a maximum period of 14 days following the effective receipt of the returned products.
